Thank you for choosing MyClarity. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
- All payments made on MyClarity are final and non-refundable.
- Once a subscription or plan is purchased, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partial usage of the service
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
2. Plan Upgrades
- If you upgrade to a higher plan, the upgrade takes effect immediately.
- The full price of the new plan will be charged at the time of upgrade.
- Any unused balance from your current plan is not refundable or transferable.
3. Proration
- MyClarity does not provide prorated refunds for unused time when switching plans.
- In case of upgrades, the remaining value of your current subscription is considered consumed, and the new plan is billed in full.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, submit your query within 7 days of the charge for review.
